The Meyer at 3rd is an adaptive reuse development built in the 1930s and reimagined in 2019. At the time of it’s initial sell-out in 2019, the project achieved the highest price-per square foot in Beverly Grove. Erin and Niki provided pricing models while working for The Agency.
